Mk 5,4 Denn er war oft mit Fesseln und Ketten gebunden gewesen, und hatte die Ketten abgerissen und die Fesseln zerrieben; und niemand konnte ihn zähmen.

KJV + EL = Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him.

Mk 5,5 Und er war allezeit, Tag und Nacht, auf den Bergen und in den Gräbern, schrie und schlug sich mit Steinen.

KJV + EL = And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones.

Mk 5,6 Da er aber Jahschua sah von ferne, lief er zu und fiel vor ihm nieder, schrie laut und sprach:

Mk 5,7 Was habe ich mit dir zu tun, o Jahschua, du Sohn El's/ Gottes, des Allerhöchsten? Ich beschwöre dich bei El (Elohim)/ Gott, daß du mich nicht quälest!

KJV + EL = And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with you, Yahshua, you Son of the Most High El? I adjure you by El/ God, that you torment me not.

Kap 1,24

Mk 5,8 Denn er sprach zu ihm: Fahre aus, du unsauberer Geist, von dem Menschen!

KJV + EL = For he had said to him, Come out of the man, you unclean spirit.

Mk 5,9 Und er fragte ihn: Wie heißt du? Und er antwortete und sprach: Legion* heiße ich; denn wir sind unser viele.

KJV + EL = And he asked him, What is your name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion*; for we are many.

* Anmerkung: Eine Legion sind 5000 Menschen bei den Römern

Mk 5,10 Und er bat ihn sehr, daß er sie nicht aus der Gegend triebe.

KJV + EL = And he supplicated him much that he would not send them away out of the country.

Mk 5,11 Und es war daselbst an den Bergen eine große Herde Schweine (Säue) auf der Weide.

KJV + EL = Now there was there on the mountain side a great herd of swine feeding.

Mk 5,12 Und die Dämonen baten ihn alle und sprachen: Laß uns in die Schweine (Säue) fahren!

KJV + EL = And all the demons supplicated him, saying, Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them.

Mk 5,13 Und alsbald erlaubte es ihnen Jahschua. Da fuhren die unsauberen Geister aus und fuhren in die Schweine (Säue); und die Herde stürzte sich von dem Abhang ins Meer (ihrer waren aber bei zweitausend) und ersoffen im Meer.

KJV + EL = And Yahshua gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (there were about two thousand;) and were drowned in the sea.

Mk 5,14 Und die Schweinehirten flohen und verkündigten das in der Stadt und auf dem Lande. Und sie gingen hinaus, zu sehen, was da geschehen war,

KJV + EL = And they that fed the swine fled, and told it in the city, and in the country. And they went out to see what it was that was done.

Mk 5,15 und kamen zu Jahschua und sahen den, der von den Dämonen besessen war, daß er saß und war bekleidet und vernünftig, und fürchteten sich.

KJV + EL = And they came to Yahshua, and saw him that was possessed with the demons, and had the legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid.

Mk 5,16 Und die es gesehen hatten, sagten ihnen, was dem Besessenen widerfahren war, und von den Schweinen (Säuen).

KJV + EL = And they that saw it told them how it happened to him that was possessed with the demons, and also concerning the swine.

Mk 5,17 Und sie fingen an und baten ihn, daß er aus ihrer Gegend zöge.

KJV + EL = And they began to plead him to depart from their borders.

Mk 5,18 Und da er in das Schiff trat, bat ihn der Besessene, daß er möchte bei ihm sein.

KJV + EL = And when he was come into the ship, he that had been possessed with the demons supplicated him that he might be with him.

Mk 5,19 Aber Jahschua ließ es nicht zu, sondern sprach zu ihm: Gehe hin in dein Haus und zu den Deinen und verkündige ihnen, wie Großes (die große Wohltat) dir JAHWEH getan und sich deiner erbarmt hat (Lukas 8,39).

KJV + EL = But Yahshua suffered him not, but said to him, Go home to your friends, and tell them how great things YAHWEH has done for you, and has had compassion on you (Luke 8:39).

Mk 5,20 Und er ging hin und fing an, auszurufen in den zehn Städten, wie Großes (die große Wohltat) ihm Jahschua getan hatte; und jedermann verwunderte sich.

KJV + EL = And he departed, and began to publish in Decapolis how great things Jesus had done for him: and all men did marvel.

Des Jairus Tochter. Blutflüssige Frau.

Mk 5,21 Und da Jahschua wieder herüberfuhr im Schiff, versammelte sich viel Volk zu ihm, und er war an dem Meer.

KJV + EL = And when Yahshua was passed over again by ship to the other side, much people gathered to him: and he was near to the sea.

Mk 5,22 Und siehe, da kam der Obersten einer von der Synagoge, mit Namen Jairus; und da er ihn sah, fiel er ihm zu Füßen

KJV + EL = And, behold, there came one of the rulers of the synagogue, Jairus by name; and when he saw him, he fell at his feet,

Mk 5,23 und bat ihn sehr und sprach: Meine Tochter ist in den letzten Zügen; Du wollest kommen und deine Hand auf sie legen, daß sie gesund werde und lebe.

KJV + EL = And pleads him much, saying, My little daughter lies at the point of death: I pray you, come and lay your hand on her, that she may be healed, and live.

Mk 5,24 Und er ging hin mit ihm; und es folgte ihm viel Volk nach, und sie drängten ihn.

KJV + EL = And Yahshua went with him; and much people followed him, and thronged him.

Mk 5,25 Und da war ein Weib, das hatte den Blutgang zwölf Jahre gehabt

KJV + EL = And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years,

Mk 5,26 und viel erlitten von vielen Ärzten und hatte all ihr Gut darob verzehrt, und half ihr nichts, sondern vielmehr wurde es ärger mit ihr.

KJV + EL = And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse.

Mk 5,27 Da die von Jahschua hörte, kam sie im Volk von hintenzu und rührte sein Kleid an.

KJV + EL = When she had heard of Yahshua, came in the crowd behind, and touched his garment.

Mk 5,28 Denn sie sprach: Wenn ich nur sein Kleid möchte anrühren, so würde ich gesund.

KJV + EL = For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.

Mk 5,29 Und alsbald vertrocknete der Brunnen ihres Bluts (hörte ihr Blutfluß auf); und sie fühlte es am Leibe, daß sie von ihrer Plage war gesund geworden.

KJV + EL = And immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of her plague.

Mk 5,30 Und Jahschua fühlte alsbald an sich selbst die Kraft, die von ihm ausgegangen war, und wandte sich um zum Volk und sprach: Wer hat meine Kleider angerührt?

KJV + EL = And Yahshua, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the crowd, and said, Who touched my clothes?

Luk 6,19

Mk 5,31 Und die Jünger sprachen zu ihm: Du siehst, daß dich das Volk drängt, und sprichst: Wer hat mich angerührt?

KJV + EL = And his disciples said to him, You see the multitude thronging you, and you say, Who touched me?

Mk 5,32 Und er sah sich um nach der, die das getan hatte.

KJV + EL = And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing.

Mk 5,33 Das Weib aber fürchtete sich und zitterte (denn sie wußte, was an ihr geschehen war), kam und fiel vor ihm nieder und sagte die ganze Wahrheit.

KJV + EL = But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth.

Mk 5,34 Er sprach aber zu ihr; Meine Tochter, Dein Glaube hat dich gesund gemacht; gehe hin mit Frieden und sei gesund von deiner Plage!

KJV + EL = A And he said to her, (My) Daughter, your faith has made you whole; go in peace, and be whole of your plague!

Mk 5,35 Da er noch also redete, kamen etliche vom Gesinde des Obersten der Synagoge und sprachen: Deine Tochter ist gestorben; was bemühst du weiter den Meister?

KJV + EL = While he yet spoke, there came from the ruler of the synagogue's house, certain which said, Your daughter is dead: why trouble you the Master any further?

Mk 5,36 Jahschua aber hörte alsbald die Rede, die da gesagt wurde, und sprach zu dem Obersten der Synagoge: Fürchte dich nicht, glaube nur!

KJV + EL = As soon as Yahshua heard the word that was spoken, says to the ruler of the synagogue, Fear not, only believe!

Mk 5,37 Und ließ niemand ihm nachfolgen denn Petrus und Jakobus und Johannes, den Bruder des Jakobus.

KJV + EL = And he suffered no man to follow him, save Peter, and Jacob (James), and John the brother of Jacob.

Matth 17,1

Mk 5,38 Und er kam in das Haus des Obersten der Synagoge und sah das Getümmel und die da weinten und heulten.

KJV + EL = And he comes to the house of the ruler of the synagogue, and saw the tumult, and them that wept and wailed greatly.

Mk 5,39 Und er ging hinein und sprach zu ihnen: Was tummelt und weint ihr? Das Kind ist nicht gestorben, sondern es schläft. Und sie verlachten ihn.

KJV + EL = And when he was come in, he said to them, Why make you a tumult, and weep? The child is not dead, but sleeps.

Joh 11,11

Mk 5,40 Und er trieb sie alle aus und nahm mit sich den Vater des Kindes und die Mutter die bei ihm waren, und ging hinein, da das Kind lag,

KJV + EL = And they laughed him to scorn. But when he had put them all out, he took the father and the mother of the child, and them that were with him, and entered in where the child was lying.

Mk 5,41 und ergriff das Kind bei der Hand und sprach zu ihr: Talitha cumi! das ist verdolmetscht: Mägdlein, ich sage dir stehe auf!

KJV + EL = And he took the child by the hand, and said to her, Talitha cumi; which is, being interpreted, Damsel, I say to you, arise.

Luk 7,14; Apg 9,40

Mk 5,42 Und alsbald stand das Mägdlein auf und wandelte; es war aber zwölf Jahre alt. Und sie entsetzten sich über die Maßen.

KJV + EL = And immediately the damsel arose, and walked; for she was twelve years old. And they were astonished with a great astonishment.

Mk 5,43 Und er verbot ihnen hart, daß es niemand wissen sollte, und sagte, sie sollten ihr zu essen geben.

KJV + EL = And he charged them much that no man should know it; and commanded that something should be given her to eat.

Mk 6,1 Und er ging aus von da und kam in seine Vaterstadt; und seine Jünger folgten ihm nach.

KJV + EL = And he went out from there, and came into his own country; and his disciples followed him.

Mk 6,2 Und da der Sabbat kam, hob er an zu lehren in ihrer Synagoge. Und viele, die es hörten, verwunderten sich seiner Lehre und sprachen: Woher kommt dem solches? Und was für Weisheit ist es, die ihm gegeben ist, und solche Taten, die durch seine Hände geschehen?

KJV + EL = And when the sabbath was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, From where has this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given to him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands?

Joh 7,15

Mk 6,3 Ist er nicht der Zimmermann, Miriams Sohn, und der Bruder des Jakobus und Joseph und Judas und Simon? Sind nicht auch seine Schwestern allhier bei uns? Und sie ärgerten sich an ihm.

KJV + EL = Is not this the carpenter, the son of Miriam, the brother of Jacob, and Joseph, and of Judah, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him.

Joh 6,42

Mk 6,4 Jahschua aber sprach zu ihnen: Ein Prophet gilt nirgends weniger denn im Vaterland und daheim bei den Seinen.

KJV + EL = But Yahshua said to them, A prophet is not without honor, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house.

Mk 6,5 Und er konnte allda nicht eine einzige Tat tun; außer wenig Schwachen legte er die Hände auf und heilte sie.

KJV + EL = And he could there do no mighty work, save that he laid his hands upon a few sick folk, and healed them.

Mk 6,6 Und er verwunderte sich ihres Unglaubens. Und er ging umher in die Dörfer im Kreis und lehrte sie.

KJV + EL = And he marveled because of their unbelief. And he went round about the villages, teaching.

Mk 6,7 Und er berief die Zwölf und hob an und sandte sie je zwei und zwei und gab ihnen Macht über die unsauberen Geister,

KJV + EL = And he called to him the twelve, and began to send them forth by two and two; and gave them power over unclean spirits;

Luk 10,1

Mk 6,8 und gebot ihnen, daß sie nichts bei sich trügen auf dem Wege denn allein einen Stab, keine Tasche, kein Brot, kein Geld im Gürtel,

KJV + EL = And commanded them that they should take nothing for their journey, save a staff only; no scrip, no bread, no money in their purse:

Mk 6,9 aber wären geschuht, und daß sie nicht zwei Röcke anzögen.

KJV + EL = But be shod with sandals; and not put on two coats.

Mk 6,10 Und sprach zu ihnen: Wo ihr in ein Haus gehen werdet, da bleibet bis ihr von dannen zieht.

KJV + EL = And he said to them, Wherever you enter into a house, there abide till you depart from that place.

Mk 6,11 Und welche euch nicht aufnehmen, noch hören, da geht von dannen heraus und schüttelt den Staub von euren Füßen zu einem Zeugnis über sie. Ich sage euch, wahrlich, es wird Sodom und Gomorra am jüngsten Gerichte erträglicher gehen, denn solcher Stadt. (SCHLACHTER 1905: ... am Tage des Gerichts ...)

KJV + EL = And whoever shall not receive you, nor hear you, when you depart from there, shake off the dust under your feet for a testimony against them. Truly I say to you, It shall be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment, than for that city.

Mk 6,12 Und sie gingen aus und predigten, man sollte Buße tun,

KJV + EL = And they went out, and preached that men should repent.

Mk 6,13 und trieben viele Dämonen aus und salbten viele Schwache mit Öl und machten sie gesund.

KJV + EL = And they cast out many demons, and anointed with oil many that were sick, and healed them.

Herodes und Jahschua. Ende des Täufers.

Herod and Yahshua. The end of John the Baptist.

Mk 6,14 LUTHER + EL = Und es kam vor den König Herodes (denn sein Name war nun bekannt) und er sprach: Johannes der Täufer ist von den Toten auferweckt worden, darum tut er solche Taten.

EL = And king Herod heard of it; for his name had become known: and he said, John the Baptizer has been raised from the dead, and therefore do these powers work in him.

Mk 6,15 Etliche aber sprachen: Er ist Elia; etliche aber: Er ist ein Prophet oder einer von den Propheten.

KJV + EL = Others said, That it is EliYah. And others said, That it is a prophet, or as one of the prophets.

Mk 6,16 ELBERFELDER 1871 = Als aber Herodes es hörte, sagte er: Johannes, den ich enthauptet habe, dieser ist auferweckt.

EL = But Herod, when he heard of it, he said, John, whom I beheaded, he has been raised.

Mk 6,17 Er aber, Herodes, hatte ausgesandt und Johannes gegriffen und ins Gefängnis gelegt um der Herodias willen, seines Bruders Philippus Weib; denn er sie geheiratet hatte.

KJV + EL = For Herod himself had sent forth and laid hold upon John, and bound him in prison for Herodias‘ sake, his brother Philip‘s wife: for he had married her.

Mk 6,18 Johannes aber sprach zu Herodes: Es ist nicht recht, daß du deines Bruders Weib habest.

KJV + EL = For John had said to Herod, It is not lawful for you to have your brother‘s wife.

3. Mose 18,16

Mk 6,19 Herodias aber stellte ihm nach und wollte ihn töten, und konnte nicht.

KJV + EL = Therefore Herodias had a quarrel against him, and would have killed him; but she could not:

Mk 6,20 Herodes aber fürchtete Johannes; denn er wußte, daß er ein frommer und heiliger Mann war; und verwahrte ihn und gehorchte ihm in vielen Sachen und hörte ihn gern.

KJV + EL = For Herod feared John, knowing that he was a just man and an holy, and observed him; and when he heard him, he did many things, and heard him gladly.

Mk 6,21 Und es kam ein gelegener Tag, daß Herodes auf seinen Jahrestag ein Abendmahl gab den Obersten und Hauptleuten und Vornehmsten in Galiläa.

ELBERFELDER 1871 = Und als ein geeigneter Tag kam, als Herodes an seinem Geburtstage seinen Großen , und den Obersten und den Vornehmsten von Galiläa ein Gastmahl machte,

KJV + EL = And when a convenient day was come, that Herod on his birthday made a supper to his lords, high captains, and chief estates of Galilee;

Mk 6,22 Da trat hinein die Tochter der Herodias und tanzte, und gefiel wohl dem Herodes und denen die am Tisch saßen. Da sprach der König zu dem Mägdlein: Bitte von mir, was du willst, ich will dir es geben.

KJV + EL = And when the daughter of the said Herodias came in, and danced, and pleased Herod and them that sat with him, the king said to the damsel, Ask of me whatever you will, and I will give it you.

Mk 6,23 Und er schwur ihr einen Eid: Was du wirst von mir bitten, will ich dir geben, bis an die Hälfte meines Königreiches.

KJV + EL = And he sware to her, Whatever you shall ask of me, I will give it you, to the half of my kingdom.

Mk 6,24 Sie ging hinaus und sprach zu ihrer Mutter: Was soll ich bitten? Die sprach: Das Haupt Johannes des Täufers.

Mk 6,25 Und sie ging alsbald hinein mit Eile zum König, bat und sprach: Ich will, daß du mir gebest jetzt zur Stunde auf einer Schüssel das Haupt Johannes des Täufers.

Mk 6,26 Der König war betrübt; doch um des Eides willen und derer, die am Tisch saßen, wollte er sie nicht lassen eine Fehlbitte tun.

KJV + EL = And the king was exceeding sorry; yet for his oath‘s sake, and for their sakes which sat with him, he would not reject her.

Mk 6,27 Und alsbald schickte hin der König den Henker und hieß sein Haupt herbringen. Der ging hin und enthauptete ihn im Gefängnis

KJV + EL = And immediately the king sent an executioner, and commanded his head to be brought: and he went and beheaded him in the prison,

Mk 6,28 und trug her sein Haupt auf einer Schüssel und gab es dem Mägdlein, und das Mägdlein gab es ihrer Mutter.

KJV + EL = And brought his head in a charger, and gave it to the damsel: and the damsel gave it to her mother.

Mk 6,29 Und da das seine Jünger hörten, kamen sie und nahmen seinen Leib, und legten ihn in ein Grab.

KJV + EL = And when his disciples heard of it, they came and took up his corpse, and laid it in a tomb.

Mk 6,30 Und die Apostel kamen zu Jahschua zusammen und verkündigten ihm das alles und was sie getan und gelehrt hatten.

KJV + EL = And the apostles gathered themselves together to Yahshua, and told him all things, both what they had done, and what they had taught.

Luk 9,10; 10,17

Mk 6,31 Und er sprach zu ihnen: Lasset uns besonders an eine wüste Stätte gehen und ruht ein wenig. Denn ihr waren viele, die ab und zu gingen; und sie hatten nicht Zeit genug, zu essen.

KJV + EL = And he said to them, Come you yourselves apart into a desert place, and rest awhile: for there were many coming and going, and they had no leisure so much as to eat.

Mk 6,32 Und er fuhr da in einem Schiff zu einer wüsten Stätte besonders.

KJV + EL = And they departed into a desert place by ship privately.

Mk 6,33 Und das Volk sah sie wegfahren; und viele kannten ihn und liefen dahin miteinander zu Fuß aus allen Städten und kamen ihnen zuvor und kamen zu ihm.

KJV + EL = And the people saw them departing, and many knew him, and ran on foot out of all the cities, and came before them, and came together to him.

Mk 6,34 Und Jahschua ging heraus und sah das große Volk; und es jammerte ihn derselben; denn sie waren wie die Schafe, die keinen Hirten haben; und er fing an eine lange Predigt.

KJV + EL = And Yahshua, when he came out, saw much people, and was moved with compassion toward them, because they were as sheep not having a shepherd: and he began to teach them many things.

Matth 9,36

Mk 6,35 Da nun der Tag fast dahin war, traten seine Jünger zu ihm und sprachen: Es ist wüst hier, und der Tag ist nun dahin;

KJV + EL = And when the day was now far spent, his disciples came to him, and said, This is a desert place, and now the time is far passed:

Kap 8,1-9

Mk 6,36 laß sie von dir, daß sie hingehen umher in die Dörfer und Märkte und kaufen sich Brot, denn sie haben nichts zu essen.

KJV + EL = Send them away, that they may go into the country round about, and into the villages, and buy themselves bread: for they have nothing to eat.

Mk 6,37 Jahschua aber antwortete und sprach zu ihnen: Gebt ihr ihnen zu essen. Und sie sprachen zu ihm: Sollen wir denn hingehen und für zweihundert Denare Brot kaufen und ihnen zu essen geben?

KJV + EL = He answered and said to them, Give you them to eat. And they say to him, Shall we go and buy two hundred denarii’s of bread, and give them to eat?

Mk 6,38 Er aber sprach zu ihnen: Wieviel Brot habt ihr? Geht hin und seht! Und da sie es erkundet hatten, sprachen sie: Fünf, und zwei Fische.

KJV + EL = He said to them, How many loaves have you? go and see. And when they knew, they said, Five, and two fishes.

Mk 6,39 Und er gebot ihnen, daß sie sich alle lagerten, tischweise, auf das grüne Gras.

KJV + EL = And he commanded them to make all sit down by companies upon the green grass.
