12. For the comprehensive development of the citizens of the new country, the creation of a basis for the representation of this power among newly converted foreigners, a Museum of General History should be created. Imagine – a three-dimensional book, a filmstrip, … a multifaceted exposition explaining the common vision of World History. This is important, more, perhaps, than you imagine.

So. The museum. Partially – under the open sky. Dwellings of different eras. The core is Russia, from the beginning of the last millennium. Huts. One – the most common, the second in the style of «mansions», with terrets, carved shutters, etc., just a dream. The construction of the temple before Nikon’s reforms, and after. So in general, for all countries in the world. Donjon… yurt, North American tipi. The main thing is dwellings, temples, and military equipment.

Almost everyone in such a museum is a replica (made by modern masters) on a scale of 1: 1. Through military equipment it is convenient to show the progress of science. Good or bad, weapons have a special status. Without comfortable habitation and delicacies to live it is quite possible. But weapons are a means of defense. It depends on life itself, and therefore it is significant almost to the same extent as the religious buildings.

Everywhere a detailed explanation of why this happened. Not just a statement of fact and a short inscription. History is politics, and everything that determines the state in which people exist today.

Only one book is written that represents History quite fully and consistently: it is the "Bible of Time", or "The History of almost Total 1,2". If you want all of our plans to come true, start with yourself. Get the book (it's best in the printed form, there is such a function). Put it in a prominent place, talk hoarsely with relatives and friends. Only then does the word become a thing. Opinions that, oh-0, now, this is just such an advertising trick of the author, we all know this ourselves – are indignantly indignant.

13. In the matter of accepting new citizens from among white aliens, it is very important, you know, to control the face. We, the controllers of this process will have to forget about hypocrisy, and not least to think about the appearance, the genetics of new converts. 14. Army reform. This organization should become, among other things, a place for teaching young people to popular working specialties (machine tools, production, modern welding, driving), courses of a paramedic – a paramedic, and so on. People, how many have mastered the management scheme «on the mountain» (here is another name for the seat of the Force) have the opportunity to form the Supreme Government. In fact, there is nothing particularly complicated here, it is hardly more tiring than learning how to use a personal computer (remember, dear reader, you also once thought it was something unthinkable). The basic principles are perfect transparency, control by the people, regular turnover. Voting for the election of new members of the government, now and quite officially, is conducted in the same bureaucratic corridors.

These institutions (now) are not the vehicles of the will of the people. Corporate ethics, the charter, does not allow representatives of the party (for example, «ER») to vote on any issue of arrangement of the country other than consolidated. This all sends us back to the time of the Bolshevik Party, the Stalinist terror, the general famine and the destruction of the economy (except, perhaps, the military-industrial complex, which is probably swollen like a leech).

So, it is necessary to have a System in which some trained, enterprising and respectable representatives of the nation monitor the cash flows of the state budget, the activities of functionaries, collect all the data about them, and, relying on numerous, close-knit Soviets, have the opportunity to apply a reasonable Force.

17. Reform of the media and, in the first place, the cinema. Providing access to initiative, understanding and (let me say this word) soulful people to the means of producing films. Elimination of the state funding of «masterpieces» of certain «maestros» of cinema, beloved by the authorities (such as S. Mikhalkov, A. Zvyagintsev, A. Sokurov, P. Lungin, K. Shakhnazarov). Creation of a film rental system that ensures the payback of cinematography (including on the Internet), including films of beginners, but talented directors, shot on their own, or borrowed from private producers, money.

Quite possibly, in many Jewish youths and girls, the idea of a special purpose, a direct connection with God, for the sake of enlightenment and raising up to its high level other «simple» people, is initially fired. Reasonable ambition, spiritual strength, aspiration for unification allow, among other things, to take power over many communities in different countries of the world.

But, as already mentioned, the non-replaceability of such power, as if by some law of nature, entails many unpleasant excesses. If Jews gain access to land ownership, they immediately try to buy them all, as much as possible, and enslave the peasants living on them. The expulsion of Jews from most European countries, the ban on the purchase of land – all this was done over and over again not because of the inherent harm of European peoples and their aristocracy, but only as an extreme measure of protecting the interests of the local population.

Jews go into commerce, usury – and entangle all countries of the world with a network of debt bondage.

In the world banking system a lot of useful. However, when the power over it is strong, almost tightly captured by a certain group of people, and is inherited – this is not entirely correct.

If the media, cinema, literature gather «only their own», and so gently, culturally, politely do not let «strangers» with their works, this is also not good. At the same time, a cult of «our own», blood-sucking, initially quite ordinary people is created.

So, a man pulled off a couple of equations from the Frenchman A. Poincaré, a very interesting formula for the dependence of mass on energy – for the Englishman J. Thomson, as everything was arranged – and, please. World media announce the greatest scientist of our time, A. Einstein.

The actress pronounces the phrase «Do not fret me about, Mulia» in the only feature film – and Russian literary resources are still teeming with works that praise the «inimitable Faina Ranevskaya».

.. These people are terribly distorting the original design of the Russian people, seizing power over the Soviets (promising governing bodies created on the ground by workers ’collectives) and, together with those from the Caucasus, immerse the country in the abyss of the Thirty Years’ Civil War.

After another seventy-five years, they leave their strange experiments and tidy up their industry, resources and the entire banking sector of the huge… now «former» Soviet Union.

And in the first and second case – there is very little love for the «state-forming» people, used as if «human material» without a real soul. Or, it is not at all. There is not so useful for the establishment of a single strong state of blood ties. And therefore everything that is done is done as something very ugly.

The Anglo-Saxons and Jews, the two leading nations of the world, are said to be in some kind of love and harmony, as they look after each other. And, if there is a crack in this system of mutual deterrence, the world obviously expects Armageddon.

North America is a great example of the cooperation of any religious Jews and Anglo-Saxon Protestants. In particular, they both honor the Old Testament (Tanakh), see the Jewish Bible as examples for imitation, cite by heart ancient prophets, etc. These people consider the material success in earthly life as a recognition of the merit of man by God, evidence that he everything does the right thing, and will be rewarded in the next life.

…On July 23, 2001, the representative of the oldest leading nation, Larry Silverstein, makes out an agreement for the acquisition of twin towers of the WTC. At the same time, the US gets an excuse to attack Iraq and invade Afghanistan. It is these countries that have been found guilty of the largest, at the present time, terrorist act. The vast military-industrial complex, the American army, since the collapse of the Soviet Union, feeling the lack of funds, once again get open access to the state budget (allocations are doubled, only Afghanistan and Iraq are allocated 3 trillion dollars). The monetary contentment of the law enforcement agencies is sharply increased. Powers of state security structures are expanding.

Later, the strongest blows to the United States and the European Union are received by Libya and Syria.

Both these countries, just like Iraq, we recall, are Israel’s natural enemies.

… We can sympathize with Israel and its heroic Defense Army, which is trying to preserve peace and prosperity on its land by classical military methods. But, to use another, a huge country and its inhabitants for their own needs, in symbiosis with its special services, adjusting a terrifying and inhumane terrorist act is too much.

This God (which not only for the Jews) can not approve.

Let me remind you that the September 11, 2001 terrorist act has a kind of forerunner. Thus, on June 8, 1967, Israeli planes without identification signs, for several hours, are attacked (clearly identified by them) by the American intelligence vessel Liberty. 34 sailors are dying. The idea of an operation carried out with participation of some structures of the highest US administration is provocation, involvement of the US in the war with Egypt on the side of Israel. The shelling of a destroyer ceases only when the US military restores part of the antenna (destroyed by the Israelis first) and sends a signal to its Sixth Fleet.

…I’m not ashamed to say that I love America. Therefore, friends, the realization that the system of checks and balances in it has given a serious crack, and democracy is based only on an honest word, and the silence of a still well-fed people, is very depressing. It’s also sad that almost the whole world, having watched TV stories (for example, with the apparent incongruity of the Pentagon’s attack, obviously not a passenger liner), is quite content with the narrative presented by the US Government.

Maybe the Anglo-Saxons and Jews, the military and the financiers are now a single conglomerate… Or, completely and completely here – did the latter win? In the buildings of the Pentagon, the CIA, the FBI, there were violent shootings, stripping, the destruction of all the remaining dissenters? … We do not know anything about this with you, friends. It seems a good topic for an instructive film, if only we had worthy directors.

Most likely, the holding force – (at least some religious and decent) Anglo-Saxons, with a fight, surrendered its position. Now in the world there is only one, non-replaceable earthly authority.

And this is wrong.

… We can develop, and realize the idea that the time has come to form a fundamentally new leading nation. Yes, not from absolute zero, but on the basis of all the best that the Western world and the Jewish tradition can offer us. But, for this it is necessary to diligently, zealously ask God for the sanction of chosenness, serious work, suffering and accomplishments – individually, and together with blood-related people.

The key words here are love and trust.

ПЕРВЫЕ В СССР – ОТ МАЛЕНКОВА ДО ГОРБАЧЕВА

ГЕОРГИЙ МАЛЕНКОВ, НИКИТА ХРУЩЕВ

Георгий Маленков

Георгий Маленков. Рождение – 1901 г, Оренбург, российская Империя, …служба политработником в молодой Красной Армии, стремительный взлет карьеры; так, что, согласно некоторым источникам, в это Время Возможностей, 23-летний Георгий Максимилианович едва не становится преемником В. И. Ленина.

Далее три года учеба в МВТУ (ныне – им. Баумана) на электротехническом факультете, оставление Училища, работа (ни много, ни мало, для вчерашнего студента), техническим секретарем Политбюро ЦК РКП, разработка и ведение системы персональных досье. На этом посту полу-инженер, по заданию Сталина и лично, Кагановича, вынужден заниматься «чистками» Московского партаппарата – и выполняет поставленные ему по количеству убитых-закопанных людей планы. Неким образом Маленкову удается держаться несколько в стороне от главного в Органах Безопасности страны человека – Николая Ежова. Именно поэтому он сначала – переживает его, а затем и зачитывает доклад «О перегибах».

В 1948 г., в частности, Георгий Маленков участвует в разгроме Еврейского Антифашистского Комитета (ЕАК). Напомним, ЕАК образован в 1942 г. в Москве, режиссером С. Михоэлсом, он собирает для воюющего СССР 16 млн. долларов в Америке (плюс медицинское оборудование), 35 млн. по всему миру, но затем своей возрастающей известностью и международными связями начинает мешать Сталину.

Годом позже по заданию «свыше» Георгий фабрикует дело на руководителей Ленинградского обкома. Повод – организация в январе 1948 г. Всероссийской оптовой ярмарки, в Северной Столице, без согласования с партийными работниками Москвы. Любая самодеятельность при Сталине (за исключением, может быть, последних двух лет Отечественной войны) карается весьма и весьма жестоко. Согласно выводам болезненно расщепленного сознания Джугашвили (да и самого, переживающего умопомрачение советского общества), эта, вполне невинная, и даже весьма полезная затея выглядит теперь как попытка организовать отдельную (родственную, но, в чем то и оппозиционную Всесоюзной) Российскую коммунистическую партию (РКП).

В дополнение ко всем прошлым жертвам режима, погибают еще около двухсот человек.

Маленков лично присутствует при допросах, порой даже и пытках подозреваемых, но, похоже, самому ему это удовольствия не приносит. Возможно, именно поэтому, уже в марте 1953 г. Председатель Совета Министров зачитывает доклад о разоблачении культа личности; и предлагает далее руководить страной исключительно коллегиально. Впрочем, это выступление особого впечатления ни на кого, кроме Н. Хрущева, судя по стенограмме заседания, не производит.

В сущности, призыв Маленкова – вторая или третья, со времен последнего (действительного) избирательного Земского Собора (1613) или Думы Четвертого созыва (1912) попытка ввести принцип регулируемой (гражданским обществом) сменяемости власти.

В то время как Никита Сергеевич сплачивает вокруг себя молодые кадры партаппарата (не забывая помогать им материально), Маленков, возможно, вспоминая о собственных прошлых грехах, больше занимается благотворительностью. Продовольственный налог на сельчан урезается вдвое. Прошлые недоимки прощаются. План пятилетки корректируется в сторону резкого увеличения выпуска товаров народного потребления. Стартует выдача паспортов колхозникам.

«Пришел товарищ Маленков – дал и хлеба, и блинков».

Георгий Максимилианович «царствует» полноправно четыре месяца, до сентября 1953 г., еще два года остается председателем Совета Министров, затем подвергается критике, понижается до министра электростанций (хотя и сохраняет важный пост в Президиуме). За неимением лучшей компании он связывается с Молотовым, Кагановичем («примкнувшим к ним министром иностранных дел Шепиловым»); и так вот, вопреки себе, весьма не демократично, пытается удалить от дел Первого секретаря ЦК Хрущева. Однако Молотов и Каганович – люди, далеко превзошедшие Маленкова в составлении «расстрельных списков», (в том числе и высших офицеров РККА), угодны не всем в ЦК. Через члена Политбюро Е. Фурцеву (согласно слухам) происходящее становится известно всем заинтересованным лицам. Маршал Г. Жуков, сам едва не репрессированный Сталиным в послевоенное время, в полном согласии с Хрущевым, на военных самолетах, свозит со всех концов страны высокопоставленных партийных работников. Образовавшийся на Пленуме ЦК кворум при некоей немалой силовой поддержке Маршала Победы, смещает Маленкова с высокого поста.

Некая разумная коллегиальность, тандем почти равных: Маленков-Хрущев, рушится. Оставшийся единоличным правителем, уже не желающий слышать чьи-либо возражения, Никита Сергеевич сам становится мини-Сталиным, и совершенно идет вразнос. К 1958 году, желая «вытравить» из людей менталитет села, он ликвидирует личные земельные наделы (остается одна десятина) в колхозах. Следуют еще несколько ударов по психологии труженика-на-земле, включая и гонения на церковь: которые терпятся и замалчиваются советскими СМИ вплоть до смещения генсека.

Бывший министр – главное звено связи СССР- Китай. Иные взаимоотношения, кроме как единственная прямая линия Мао-Маленков, у двух этих величайших тоталитарных держав не наработаны. В данной системе все строится на приятельстве, внутренних ощущениях и непредсказуемых капризах весьма узкого круга лиц. Потому, с уходом Маленкова дружба Советского Союза и Поднебесной практически заканчивается (1957).

…Теперь Георгий Максимилианович – директор ГЭС на реке Иртыш в Казахстане. Хозяйственник он образцовый, но в разговорах с сотрудниками нередко позволяет себе критику в адрес Никиты Хрущева. Потому, в 1961 г. его исключают из коммунистической партии, и тогда же отправляют на пенсию.

Маленков живет в Москве, как самый обычный человек, в Кремле не появляется, отоваривается в спецраспределителе для партработников, электричкой ездит на любимую дачу в Кратово. Обращается к православной вере, поет на клиросе (место рядом с алтарем) в церкви. Уходит он из земной жизни в уже глубоко перестроечном 1988 году. Георгий – последний из руководителей СССР, находившихся в ближайшем круге И. Сталина.

Частная жизнь. Жена – Валерия Алексеевна, ректор Московского Энергетического института, четверо детей.

Никита Хрущев

Никита Хрущев. Рождение – 894 г., с. Калиновка Курской губернии (области) …работа пастухом, учеником слесаря на угольной шахте,… избрание рабочим депутатом в Советы. В 1918 г. Хрущев возглавляет отряд Красной гвардии, затем становится политработником. После учебы на рабочем факультете Донецка, по настоянию своего протектора, Лазаря Кагановича, Никита Сергеевич поступает в Промышленную академию Москвы. Политика привлекает будущего Первого секретаря больше чем знания, и в 1934 г. Хрущев сменяет своего патрона на посту главы Московской партийной организации.

В 1938 г. Никита Сергеевич становится первым секретарем ЦК Украины, восстанавливает разрушенный сталинскими же чистками партаппарат (хотя воскресить людей он, конечно, не может), более или менее справляется с задачами экономического характера. Вопрос с преобразованиями на отторгнутых от Польши (захваченных ею в 1920 г., в значительной степени полонизированных) западноукраинских, частично-белорусских территориях (1939) решается также строго в Духе Времени. Около 120 тысяч, кажущихся не вполне лояльными жителей присоединенных земель, выселяются в Сибирь, Казахстан, и пр.; сколько-то человек погибают. Других способов умиротворения колеблющихся граждан (повышение уровня жизни, откровенный диалог), Система просто не видит. Разумеется, в годы Великой Отечественной войны такое решение Секретаря (помимо и множества других факторов) способствует становлению Украинской Повстанческой Армии (запрещена в России).
