Matt. 24,24 For there shall arise false Christs/ Messias', and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; so that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Deu. 13,2-4; 2 Thes. 2,8.9; Rev. 13,13

Matt. 24,25 Behold, I have told you before.

Matt. 24,26 Therefore if they shall say to you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.

Matt. 24,32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree: When his branch is yet tender, and puts forth leaves, you known that the summer is near:

Matt. 24,33 So likewise you, when you shall see all these things, know that it is near (the end), even at the doors.

Matt. 24,34 Truly I say to you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

Matt. 24,35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

Matt. 24,42 Watch therefore: for you know not what hour your Master does come (read in the Bible!).

chap. 25,13

Matt. 24,43 But know this, that if the goodman (housholder) of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.

Matt. 24,44 Therefore be you also ready: for in such an hour as you think not the Son of man comes.

1 Thes. 5,2

Matt. 24,45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat (foot) in due season?

Matt. 24,46 Blessed is that servant, whom his master when he comes shall find so doing.

Matt. 24,47 Truly I say to you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.

chap. 25,21.23

Matt. 24,48 But if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My master delays his coming;

2 Peter 3,4

Matt. 24,50 The master of that servant shall come in a day when he looks not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,

Matt. 24,51 And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Chapter 25

Matt. 25,1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened to ten virgins, who took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.

Luke 12,35.36; Rev. 19,7

Matt. 25,2 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.

Matt. 25,3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:

Matt. 25,4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.

Matt. 25,5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.

Matt. 25,6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom comes; go (you) out to meet him.

Matt. 25,7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.

Matt. 25,8 And the foolish said to the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.

Matt. 25,9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go (you) rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.

Matt. 25,10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.

Matt. 25,11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Master, Master, open to us.

Luke 13,25.27

Matt. 25,12 But he answered and said, Truly I say to you, I know you not.

chap. 7,23

Matt. 25,13 Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour wherein/ in which the Son of man comes.

chap. 24,42

Matt. 25,14 For the kingdom of heaven is as a man traveling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered to them his goods.

Matt. 25,15 And to one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.

Rom. 12,6

Matt. 25,16 Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents.

Matt. 25,17 And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two.

Matt. 25,18 But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his master's money.

Matt. 25,19 After a long time the master of those servants comes, and reckones with them.

Matt. 25,20 And so he that had received the five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Master, you delivered to me five talents: behold, I have gained other five talents more.

Matt. 25,21 His Master said to him, Well done, good and faithful servant: you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things: enter into the joy of your master.

chap. 24,45-47

Matt. 25,22 He also that had received two talents came and said, Master, you delivered to me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.

Matt. 25,23 His master said to him, Well done, good and faithful servant: you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things; enter into the joy of your master!

Matt. 25,24 There he which had received the one talent came and said, Master, I knew you, that you are a hard man, reaping where you have not sown, and gathering where you have not spread (strawed):

Matt. 25,25 And I was afraid, and went and hid your talent in the earth: lo, there you have that is yours.

Matt. 25,26 His Master answered and said to him, You wicked and slothful servant, you knew that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I did not scatter:

Matt. 25,27 You ought therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with interest.

Matt. 25,28 Take therefore the talent from him, and give it to him who has ten talents!

Matt. 25,29 For to every one that has shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that has not shall be taken away even that which he has.

chap. 13,12

Matt. 25,30 And cast the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Last Judgment.

Matt. 25,31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:

chap. 16,27; Rev. 20,11-13

Matt. 25,32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats;

chap. 13,49; Rom. 14,10

Matt. 25,33 and he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

Eze. 34,17

Matt. 25,34 Then shall the King say to them on his right hand, Come, you blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world!

Matt. 25,35 For I was hungry, and you gave me to eat: I was thirsty, and you gave me drink: I was a stranger, and you took me in:

Is.58,7

Matt. 25,36 Naked, and you clothed me: I was sick, and you visited me: I was in prison, and you came to me.

Matt. 25,37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Master / Sovereign, when saw we you an hungred, and fed you? or thirsty, and gave you drink?

chap. 6,3

Matt. 25,38 When saw we you a stranger, and took you in? or naked, and clothed you?

Matt. 25,39 Or when saw we you sick, or in prison, and came to you?

Matt. 25,40 And the King shall answer and say to them, Truly I say to you, Since you have done it to one of the least of these my brethren, you have done it to me.

chap. 10,42; Prov. 19,17; Hebr 2,11

Matt. 25,41 Then shall he say also to them on the left hand, Depart from me, you cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

Rev. 20,10.15

Matt. 25,42 For I was hungry, and you gave me no food: I was thirsty, and you gave me no drink:

Matt. 25,43 I was a stranger, and you took me not in: naked, and you clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and you visited me not.

Matt. 25,44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Master/Sovereign, when saw we you hungry, or thirsty or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister to you?

Matt. 25,45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Truly I say to you, Inasmuch as you did it not to one of the least of these, you did it not to me.

Matt. 25,46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

John 5,29; Jac. 2,13

Chapter 26

Suffering, death and resurrection of Yahshua.

(Chapter 26-28).

Matt. 26,1 And it came to pass, when Yahshua had finished all these sayings, he said to his disciples,

Matt. 26,2 You now that after two days is the feast of the passover, and the Son of man is betrayed to be impaled.

chap. 20,18; Exodus 12,1-20

Matt. 26,5 But they said, Not on the feast day, lest there be an uproar among the people.

Anointing in Bethany.

(Luke 7,36-50; John 12,1-8)

Matt. 26,6 Now when Yahshua was in Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper,

Matt. 26,7 There came to him a woman having an alabaster box of very precious ointment, and she poured it on his head, as he sat at meat.

Matt. 26,8 But when his disciples saw it, they had indignation, saying, To what purpose is this waste?

Matt. 26,9 For this ointment might have been sold for much, and given to the poor.

Matt. 26,10 When Yahshua understood it, he said to them, Why trouble you the woman? for she has wrought a good work upon me.

Matt. 26,11 For you have the poor always with you; but me you have not always.

Deu. 15,11

Matt. 26,12 For in that she has poured this ointment on my body, she did it for my burial.

Matt. 26,13 Truly I say to you, Wherever this good tidings shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this, which this woman has done, be told for a memorial of her.

Betrayal of Judas.

Matt. 26,14 Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests,

Matt. 26,15 And said to them, What will you give me, and I will deliver him to you? And they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver.

(John 13,21-26)

Matt. 26,17 Now the first day of the feast of unleavened bread(?)* the disciples came to Yahshua, saying to him, Where will you that we prepare for you to eat the passover?

* note: On the first day of the feast of unleavened bread, the 15th Nisan, on Friday, was Yahshua already in the sepulchre. Equally was the 15th Nissan an high day, a high feast Sabbath of the year. Matt. 26,23 And he answered and said, He that dips his hand with me in the dish, the same shall betray me.

Matt. 26,24 The Son of man goes as it is written of him: but woe to that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! It would have been good for that man if he had not been born.

Luke 17,1

Matt. 26,25 Then Judas, which betrayed him, answered and said, Master, is it I? He said to him, You have said.

Matt. 26,26 And as they were eating, Yahshua took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body.

Matt. 26,30 And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.

Ps 113-118

John 13,18

Matt. 26,35 Peter said to him, Though I should die with you, yet will I not deny you. Likewise also said all the disciples.

Matt. 26,36 Then comes Yahshua with them to a place called Gethsemane, and said to the disciples, Sit you here, while I go and pray yonder.

Matt. 26,37 And he took with him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to be sorrowful and very heavy.

chap. 17,1; Hebr 5,7

Matt. 26,39 And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as you will!

John 6,38; 18,11; Hebr 5,8

Matt. 26,40 And he comes to the disciples, and found them asleep, and said to Peter, What, could you not watch with me one hour?

Eph 6,18; Hebr 2,18

Matt. 26,42 He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, your will be done.

Matt. 26,43 And he came and found them asleep again: for their eyes were heavy.

Matt. 26,44 And he left them, and went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words.

2 Cor. 12,8

Matt. 26,45 Then came he to his disciples, and said to them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.

Matt. 26,46 Rise, let us be going: behold, he is at hand that does betray me.

Apprehension of Yahshua.

Matt. 26,47 And while he yet spoke, lo, Judas, one of the twelve, came, and with him a great multitude with swords and clubs, from the chief priests and elders of the people.

Matt. 26,48 Now he that betrayed him gave them a sign, saying, Whomever I shall kiss, that same is he: hold him fast.

Matt. 26,49 And forthwith he came to Yahshua, and said, Hail, Rabbi! and kissed him.

Matt. 26,50 And Yahshua said to him, Friend, why are you come? Then came they, and laid hands on Yahshua, and took him.

Matt. 26,51 And, behold, one of them which were with Yahshua stretched out his hand, and drew his sword, and struck a servant of the high priest‘s, and smote off his ear.

Matt. 26,52 Then said Yahshua to him, Put up again your sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.

Genesis 9,6

Matt. 26,53 Think you that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?

chap. 4,11

Matt. 26,54 But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be?

Matt. 26,55 In that same hour said Yahshua to the multitudes, Are you come out as against a thief with swords and staves for to take me? I sat daily with you teaching in the temple, and you laid no hold on me.

Matt. 26,56 But all this was done, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then all the disciples forsook him, and fled.

Before the high priest, scribes and elders, the high council.

Matt. 26,57 And they that had laid hold on Yahshua led him away to Caiaphas the high priest, where the scribes and the elders were assembled.

Matt. 26,58 But Peter followed him afar off to the high priest‘s palace, and went in, and sat with the servants, to see the end.

Matt. 26,59 Now the chief priests, and elders, and all the council, sought false witness against Yahshua, to put him to death;

Matt. 26,60 But found none: though many false witnesses came, yet found they none. At the last came two false witnesses,

Matt. 26,61 And said, This fellow said, I am able to destroy the temple of Elohim, and to build it in three days.

John 2,19-21; Acts 6,14

Matt. 26,62 And the high priest arose, and said to him, Answer you nothing? what is it which these witness against you?

Matt. 26,63 But Yahshua held his peace. And the high priest answered and said to him, I adjure you by the living Elohim, that you tell us whether you are the Messiah, the Son of Elohim.

chap. 27,12; John 10,24

Matt. 26,64 Yahshua said to him, you have said: nevertheless I say to you, Hereafter shall you see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.

Matt. 26,65 Then the high priest rent his clothes, saying, He has spoken blasphemy; what further need have we of witnesses? behold, now you have heard his blasphemy.

John 10,33

Matt. 26,66 What think you? They answered and said, He is guilty of death.

John 19,7; Lev. 24,16

Matt. 26,67 Then did they spit in his face, and buffeted him; and others smote him with the palms of their hands,

Is.50,6

Matt. 26,68 Saying, Prophesy to us, you the Messiah, Who is he that smote you?

Matt. 26,69 Now Peter sat without in the palace: and a maid came to him, saying, You also was with Yahshua of Galilee.

Matt. 26,70 But he denied it before them all, saying, I know not what you say.

Matt. 26,71 And when he was gone out into the porch, another maid saw him, and said to them that were there, This fellow was also with Yahshua of Nazareth.

Matt. 26,72 And again he denied with an oath, I do not know the man.

Matt. 26,73 And after awhile came to him they that stood by, and said to Peter, Surely you also are one of them; for your speech betrays you.

Matt. 26,74 Then began he to curse and to swear, saying, I know not the man. And immediately the cock crew.

Matt. 26,75 And Peter remembered the words of Yahshua, who said to him, Before the cock crows, you shall deny me three times. And he went out, and wept bitterly.

Chapter 27

Yahshua face to face with Pilate. The end of Judas.

Matt. 27,1 When the morning was come, all the chief priests and elders of the people took counsel against Yahshua to put him to death:

Matt. 27,2 And when they had bound him, they led him away, and delivered him to Pontius Pilate the governor.
