RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN SELF-HEALING
Foreword
In the foreword, I would like to introduce the author of this book, Anatoly Nikolaevich Lutsevich — a scientist, researcher, and creator of a unique method for restoring human health. Working in this field, Anatoly Nikolaevich established a research laboratory to study the biochemical processes in the human body. He concluded that all these processes are controlled by information programs embedded in the body at birth. These programs coordinate the functioning of cells, tissues, organs, systems, and the entire body, governing their internal chemistry. His unique philosophy sums it up perfectly: "There are no diseases - there are disruptions in the functioning of information programs." Furthermore, Anatoly Lutsevich concluded that any negative information disrupting the body's vital systems is unstable and can be eliminated. To apply his research and help people heal, the scientist established the Human Self-Healing Center at the Stavropol-based organization "Ecology, Nature, and Human." Over the years, this center has helped thousands of individuals recover their health.
I learned about Lutsevich's Human Self-Healing Center by accident. One night, I was awakened by a phone call. It was from a former college classmate of mine. He lives in the Caucasus, not far from Pyatigorsk. We only talked on the phone occasionally. It had been over a year since we'd spoken when the call came. Half asleep, I couldn't understand what had happened. Volodya, which is my classmate's name, told me he'd been having serious health problems. In recent years, he developed diabetes, and last year, it led to gangrene in his lower extremities. He was considering amputation. It was such a difficult decision, so his family began looking for alternatives. Someone recommended that they try Lutsevich's center in Stavropol.
Volodya was carried to the Lutsevich Center, as he could no longer move independently. He underwent a six-month self-healing program there. By the time Volodya called me, surgery was no longer necessary. His feet had regained their natural color, and he had returned to a normal, fulfilling life. I was overjoyed by his recovery. He tried to explain the method to me, but I was too sleepy to catch it.
Sometime later, Volodya called me again and I learned that he was continuing his treatment at the center. His legs were fine, and his blood sugar was gradually decreasing. He also told me that he was wearing small plates on his body and using devices purchased there. Something in his story intrigued me, so I asked him to send me information about this method and the center's contact information. I called the center in Stavropol and connected with Professor Lutsevich and his unique self-healing method.
About a year after our initial acquaintance, I was able to visit Stavropol and meet Anatoly Nikolaevich and visit his unique center in person. During this trip, I conceived the idea of popularizing this method in the United States, where I live. I also had a personal interest in it: I had a health problem that conventional medicine could not resolve. I spent about two weeks at the Lutsevich center. During this time, I was cured, and I have remained symptom-free for many years. I also learned more about this unique method of self-healing and, in a way, completed an internship.
As a scientist, Anatoly Nikolaevich was eager to expand his research, so he advised me to open a self-healing center in the United States. I followed his advice and, upon returning home to Houston, opened the center (www.houstonhealthrestorationcenter.com).
Additionally, at the Center, special harmonizing devices were designed using the methodology developed by Anatoly Nikolaevich. They continuously regulate the body's vital functions. The core component of these devices is the Information Module, which consists of a set of crystals. The corrective information is stored within the crystalline lattice. These devices are designed for long-term use and currently have no analogs.
As further confirmation of the above, I would like to cite the words of Dr. Phil Allen in his research on the influence of energy and its forms on human life. He stated that "Our body can be viewed as a communication device, where we constantly receive and transmit information encoded in energy signals. Changes in the human bioenergetic field signal the onset of disease before it occurs on the physical level."
The assumption is that signs of poor health have their roots in the human bioenergetic field, causing a disruption in the energy balance. Therefore, to heal the body, this balance must be restored. This process requires stimulating the body's own systems to receive health-promoting information.
The body's natural regulatory processes occur in a way that minimizes the side effects typically associated with synthetic medications. Regardless of the specific ailment, this perspective views illness as a disruption of the regulatory system. Therefore, this universal method is applicable to individuals of all ages, including children.
This book, Research and Application of Information Technologies for Self-Healing, presents the author's original thoughts, research, and experience at the Center he founded. Some details regarding methodology, device design, and technological processes are omitted. More detailed information is available in the book Informatics of the Universe (see the 'Bibliography' section).
This book consists of three parts. In the first part, the author attempts to build a bridge in human thought from the material world to the realm of non-material information. It discusses the diversity of forms of matter, their cognition, the immaterial information that determines all of matter's properties, and the possibilities for its practical application.
In the second part of the book, the author summarizes the knowledge gained over the years by the center's staff. Based on this knowledge, recommendations and equipment were developed for practical application in the self-healing process.
In the third part of the book, the author describes the operator's interaction with the information world. To facilitate this interaction, a suite of equipment was developed so that a trained operator can obtain an answer to virtually any question. The resulting answers and conclusions are presented in this section.
Through my multi-year collaboration with Anatoly Nikolaevich, I received valuable guidance on the practical application of his methodology. I have since systematized this material and decided to publish it in a book titled "Research and Application of Information Technologies for Self-Healing." This book is a tribute to the memory of a remarkable person and outstanding scientist whose passing was untimely.

Research and application of information technology for self-healing
Dear madams and sirs, as you read this book, don't let the word "Creator" confuse you. We will likely never know Him, but if we do, humanity will be different. Use common sense and ask yourself: how was everything in the Universe, including Earth, created without a program or purpose, and for what purpose? The most difficult thing for a human being is to imagine a realm of existence (a world) with zero parameters and parameters at infinity (0 and ∞). It is probably why we cannot imagine a world of nonmaterial information.
This introductory course on "Informatics of the Universe" represents only a small portion of the vast theoretical and practical knowledge that currently requires publication for humanity. All future human activity will proceed through the understanding and application of the informational laws governing matter's development. The time has come to recognize the primacy of the program (information) in the technology of creating matter. Further study of matter must be conducted as if it were an information product.
All this knowledge and technology were known over 10,000 years ago. How our civilization acquired it remains a mystery. But an even greater mystery is the process of creating the algorithm for the human consciousness program—the foundation of our SOUL and the possibility of changing it.

Theoretical Considerations on Information and Material Worlds
1.0 Introduction
To help you understand the text below, we provide a brief description of some of the words and expressions used.
Antipodal substance (PROENERGY) is a "FORMATION" resulting from the rupture of the "0" of space. It serves as the basis for the creation of matter and antimatter.
Information is an immaterial program directed into pro-energy to create matter with specified physical, chemical, geometric, and psycho-emotional parameters and properties.
Individual consciousness is the information program of any material individual. As the structure of a material object increases in complexity, this individual consciousness program gains greater independence in controlling the physical body, thereby influencing its integrity (the program's algorithm).
Induction is the process of creating matter-space in accordance with the information program received from the "0" space, using electromagnetic fields of varying geometry and frequency.
Corpuscular matter is matter consisting of elementary particles, atoms, molecules, and cells.
Self-induction is the process of creating space in accordance with information emanating from the field and corpuscular forms of matter, including electromagnetic and gravitational fields, considering their power characteristics.
The consciousness of the "CREATOR" is an intelligent, self-aware, strictly bipolar information system with an incredibly broad range. The consciousness of the "CREATOR," whatever its synonyms, is a design bureau responsible for creating and managing laboratory and production processes within a specially created matter of space. All development of matter is carried out according to a pre-designed program, with intraspecies self-correction within acceptable limits (evolution).
"0" zero space is a space that does not exist in the physical sense. This is an immaterial world with parameters equal to 0 and ∞ (a world of uncertainty of the form 0 and ∞), a world of information and information programs. There is no repetition (duplication) of information in it. For example, the immaterial information describing the geometric structure and construction parameters of a hydrogen atom, derived from the matter of space, exists in a single copy and is part of a unified information system. It also contains information defining all its physical and chemical properties in the material world. This information bank, created by the mind of the "CREATOR," is a unified information system of the universe, from which information flows into matter.
2.0 Information
Information is a program for constructing the matter of the universe, from the matter of space to human beings. It is a program that defines all properties of matter, which manifest itself throughout the entire volume of a material object. INFORMATION IS NOT MATERIAL; IT IS IMMORTAL. The parameters carried by intangible information are currently determined only by human observation of their manifestations in the material world. These include: 1) architectural and geometric frameworks (patterns) of construction, such as electromagnetic fields, atoms, cells, and organisms; 2) the types, forms, and physicochemical or biological properties of matter; and 3) the cellular programs by which viruses and all other cellular forms of matter operate. This information can be read, recorded in any media, stored for future use, and transmitted over any distance.
The diversity of fields, waves, and radiation, as one of the forms of matter's existence, serves as a medium for recording, storing, and transmitting information. The speed of movement of electromagnetic waves and fields in the surrounding space is the speed of materialization (self-induction process) of the information emitted by the corpuscular form of matter by the matter of space. The transfer of information, via existing fields, waves, and radiation, from one point in the universe to another occurs instantaneously. The atomic-molecular form of matter is created from the matter of space. It unfailingly responds to information that alters the pulsation frequency of the field structure that creates the electron shell in the atom. Field structures that create various types of chemical bonds in molecules respond to information by increasing the amplitude and frequency of pulsation (even to the point of rupture). At any point in space, one can obtain information about the matter of the universe and about past and ongoing events in the material world.
Using initial information about the properties of a sample (standard), one can achieve the formation of the same properties in an object. Information artificially introduced into any form of matter to change its physicochemical, biological, and other properties and qualities is characterized by a degree of stability and depends on many factors.
Only in the matter of space are parameters such as quantity, volume, power, momentum, time, and other parameters characterizing matter used. Under certain conditions, it is possible to temporarily replace certain physicochemical properties in matter constructed using a different information program. INFORMATION is not subject to the mathematical laws of addition and subtraction and cannot be strong or weak. Information used in constructing the material universe does not disappear; it is eternal.
In everyday life, people can record and transmit information using any form of matter. Depending on the conditions under which information is recorded in the interatomic crystalline structure, it can be characterized as single-action (short-term) or multi-action (volumetric). For example, when recording information about the physiological effects of Novocain in molten metal, wax, or paraffin from books, diskettes, or the internet, it is important to remember that this is short-term, single-action information. Such information, for further use, must be converted into volumetric information. To record information in matter, field carriers with a wide range of frequencies are used; the frequency of the electromagnetic carrier is selected to be approximately equal to the self-induction frequency of the corpuscular form of matter. For example, to replace the yellow color of brass foil with the red color of copper, the EM field generated by the positive terminal of a 6ST45 battery can serve as the field carrier. An electromagnetic field with a frequency of 0 to 1 × 10^14 Hz is sufficient to correct the functioning of organs and systems. However, when working with programs transmitted through the nuclei of hydrogen atoms in DNA molecules, frequencies greater than 1 × 10^25 Hz are required. Otherwise, the incoming corrective program will be duplicated only by the aquatic environment. It will not lead to profound programmatic changes in cellular function or a restructuring of the architectural and geometric arrangement of organs and systems in the human body.
3.0 Forms of the existence of matter
Matter exists as energy, spatial matter, field matter, atomic-molecular matter, cellular matter, and biological matter (animals and humans). Transitional forms interconnect the basic forms of matter. Elementary particles and plasma are transitional forms of matter between the field and atomic-molecular forms. Viruses exist between the atomic-molecular and cellular forms of matter. All plant and animal life exists between cellular matter and humans. Each subsequent form of matter is based on previous forms of matter and incorporates them. The human body, as a form of matter, rests on cellular, atomic, field, and energy levels.
The stages in the evolutionary development of matter, as accepted by academic science, are presented quite plausibly. The only implausible aspects are:
- the random nature of the origin of matter, its non-programmable, random development;
- the rejection of the fact that any form of matter is based on and contains previous forms;
- the erroneous theory of gene coding and the genome as the carrier of genetic, hereditary information.
3.1
Energy (antienergy) is the first form of matter
The first form of matter in the universe is characterized by: the instantaneous speed of information creation, the absolute absence of fixed geometry of creation, the highly chaotic nature of information in space, and the absence of a corpuscular structure. It was an era of chaos. Perhaps energy is a dynamic state of matter in space.
3.2 Matter of space
Matter of space is the medium of reality in which creation occurs. The basis for its creation was the first form of matter—energy. The technology for stabilizing energy and transforming it into matter remains a mystery. The properties of the matter of space remain to be studied, particularly its response to human thought forms (information in the electronic field generated by brain cells) and the resulting creation of a weak-field form of matter with the most diverse structures at any distance, and even within corpuscular forms of matter.
The matter of space materializes information emanating (induced) from the "zero" of space. The process of creating a field form of matter is called induction. The field form of matter (induced) that information instantly creates has practically zero energy. It can be assumed that the speed of information manifestation—the creation of an induced-field form of matter—equals the speed of light. The matter of space enables the duplication of corpuscular forms of matter for subsequent use in creating complex yet relatively free and stable in space and time "densified" material objects. Physical objects created in and from the matter of space (based on information received from the "zero" of space)—consisting of elementary particles, atoms, molecules, and cells—become a stable source of a wide variety of information for the matter of space (self-induction). The matter of space reacts to this information (the process of self-induction) and creates a field form of matter but already taking into account the energy and power characteristics.
The matter of space, in the volume occupied by the corpuscular form of matter, creates two field structures (forms of matter): induced and self-induced. If the frequency-geometric parameters of these field structures coincide, a communication channel forms between the "0" space and the physical object. This channel transmits to the object: a) information – determining its relationship with the surrounding matter, b) a program – controlling the functioning of cells, tissues, organs, systems, and the entire organism (physical, chemical, biological, and other properties), c) a program – determining the architectural-geometric framework for constructing the material body from atoms, molecules, cells, tissues, organs, and systems. It also serves as a feedback channel. This law is called the Law of Trinity, which establishes a correspondence between the information bank of the immaterial world (which sets response parameters) and the individual consciousness of the physical object (which responds independently to external influences).
3.3 Field (field structure) is a form of matter
The matter of space creates this form upon receipt of the corresponding information. The field form of matter is stable if the source of information that creates it is stable. Depending on the source of information, it can be induced or self-induced. The matter of space creates the induced-field form of matter based on information from the "zero" of space.
The induced field form of matter creates the architectural framework of the future corpuscular form. Information flows through this field framework, defining the physical, chemical, biological, emotional, and other parameters characterizing the object. The induced form of matter is a low-energy manifestation (word) of information in space; it is a dynamic volumetric hologram. The matter of space creates the self-induced field form of matter based on information emitted by the corpuscular form of matter. Unlike the induced form, it has power characteristics that depend on the parameters of the object creating it. Currently, we can speak of three types of this form of matter: electrical, magnetic, and gravitational. However, the primary, basic types of this form of matter are electrical and magnetic. The field form of matter is used as a carrier of information. Programs that control the life processes of a biological organism operate through matter created by the cells, tissues, organs, and systems of that organism. The speed of light is the speed at which matter creates the field form of matter (electromagnetic matter) in space. All types of chemical bonds are a field form of matter.
